How to Request Deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the Google account used in the app, or clearly state the Google account email you used.
2. Use the subject line Q Edu account deletion request.
3. Tell us whether you want to delete your full account data or only specific app data such as learning progress.

Data We Delete

• Server-side learning progress associated with your Google Sign-In account.
• Account identifiers such as the email address or user ID associated with the app.
• Entitlement mapping data used by the app server to check premium subscription or e-book access.

Data Removed From Your Device

Local data such as progress cache, AI model files, and e-book cache can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's storage on your device.

Data That May Be Retained

Google Play purchase records, refund records, tax records, fraud prevention records, security logs, or compliance records may be retained by Google or payment systems as required by law and policy. The app developer does not have access to your credit card number or payment method details.

Processing Time

After we verify the request, we will complete the deletion or ask for any required confirmation as soon as reasonably possible, usually within 7 days.
